Outside Cleaning
The janitors are only found in Classroom Chaos, never outside.

Whut
I can sort of guess why this bit was changed.

Life Adds Up
Like in the old games, a Crash icon would fly from the Wumpa counter into the life counter once the player picked up 100 pieces of fruit.

Rusty's Poor Sense of Direction
These pictures show Rusty with little to no idea where to go, even completely turning around at one point. This happens in the Japanese version, even though these screenshots were taken from the NTSC version (as evidenced by the usual HUD font).

Crash And The Monkey
- Crash's house is located in a different place, seemingly. There's a Wumpa tree on the left and an obvious monkey on the right. Notice how the totem statue is missing too.
- There are Crates inside Crash's yard.

Ugly Uka
Here we see Uka Uka with some major colouring issues, making him all brown and yellow. Notice also how the boss fight occurs outside for some reason. Another ugly detail that was fixed was the iced passage- as you can see in the first picture, it doesn't shatter when Cortex is thrown into it. It just pops out of existence.

Computers
Here we can see a computer replacing the lever that Cortex usually activates. You can also spot one in the previous picture (Ugly Uka).
Missing Cutscene
In this scene, Dr. Cortex lets himself fall down in his chair on Iceberg Lab. The point is that this isn't in the game. However, it is present in the NTSC demo, after Cortex finishes a dialogue with his grandmother through phone. The bit with Cortex falling down the chair is also viewable in the E3 trailer.

Fence and Wumpa Tree
This early picture shows a fence in the right, and a Wumpa Tree in the left, both of which were deleted. The sky is also bluer in some spots.

N. Sanity Island's Morning Sky/Spin End
- As seen in these pictures, N. Sanity Island's sky used to be blue in some parts, and there were even some white clouds in it. Notice how the Sun is visible and shiny.
- In the second picture, you can see how Crash's spinning animation used to be longer, because in the end, his body would revolve a bit after he had spun.

Different Pipe Lids...
... that actually look like a wooden bridge.

My eyes!
Uka Uka having problems yet again. This time, his nose and mouth seem to be too deep into the mask, and his eyes aren't even visible. He's not supposed to appear in cutscenes either.

Wooden Bridge Strikes Again
"I'm an evil scientist...!", says Cortex in this scene, which is when Madame Amberly teases him. This means he's on top of the pipe organ, which, again, shows wooden lids in this early screenshot. Notice also how Uka Uka is having the same facial problems again.

Aku's Feathers and The Bald Totem
- Here Aku Aku is having some graphical problems in his feathers.
- Notice how the last totem head has its mouth open but with no spikes on top (meaning it hasn't been shot at yet, but the spikes aren't there).

Different Barn and Pathway
The pathway to Farmer Ernest's is different, as shown in the far right.

Lower Barn
Farmer Ernest's barn, when it used to be near the beach, instead of up high.

Not-so Rendered Feathers
- At first, Aku Aku used to have white feathers, due to rendering issues. One of the many things that were eventually fixed into proper form.
- The pipe that Crash is rolling seems to be oddly rendered too, almost as it's missing its texture.

Where's The Crystal?
This is the Slip Slide Icecapades level, in the part when Crash and Cortex grind and pick up the Crystal. What's different here is that there's a Gem instead of the Crystal. This is just an assumption, but it was probably changed so that the Crystal wouldn't be in the open and get missed. The player is supposed to grab the Crystal, or else the rest of the cutscenes won't make any sense... which why I'm assuming they put the Crystal above the rail, so that the player couldn't possibly miss it.

Different Object Placement
This is in Jungle Bungle, right after the game teaches you how to double jump. The object placement is slightly different- there is an Aku Aku Crate before the bridge (instead of after it), the Crates from the right side of the bridge have been replaced by a stack of eight in the middle, and there's a snapper plant up ahead.

Clueless Crunch
This screenshot shows Crunch looking into a different direction from usual (he's supposed to face the camera, almost). The reason for this is because his appearance in this cutscene was a late addition. Also note that Polar seems to be missing.

Metal Textures
The metal textures for the fire-locks are different from those in the game.

Nina Go High
Nina seems to be way up in the air, much higher than her jump usually allows for. Perhaps she had a higher jump when the game was still in development.

Opaque Crystals
The crystals that Crash and Cortex have to hit are shown completely opaque in this picture. They also seem to lack their shine.

This screenshot shows one of those N switches buried in the snow. It was probably just misplaced at the time of the screenshot.

More Tikimon Earlyness-ness
- Tikimon lacking the health bar.
- There is an oddly-placed Wumpa Fruit on the left, floating high above the ground.
