Description

The only thing worse than a crazy, evil penguin is a crazy, evil penguin with a rocket on its back. These little guys take off at the slightest inconvenience, and to make matters worse, their rockets don't take long to explode. Some of these penguins used to serve under Cortex at his Iceberg Lab (at least until he stopped paying them).
