Velo Citadel

Description

Velo Citadel is one of Emperor Velo's domains and the place where races are hosted and presented. It's a large coliseum built on an asteroid shaped like Velo's head, which itself is located at the center of an asteroid belt. Velo's countless subjects sit in the coliseum to watch races and newcomers, as well as holographic announcements made by their master. The citadel also doubles as a hub with portals leading to different tracks on Velo's conquered planets, and when he's participating in a race, the citadel opens up to form part of his own, special race track called the Hyper Spaceway.
