A small, green man with a spiked helmet, a red lens over his right eye, mechanical arms and a robotic left leg, holding a loudspeaker.Von Clutch (voiced by Danny Mann) is a deranged cyborg genius who speaks in a German accent and owns a racing park called MotorWorld. He's notorious for the poor (and often dangerous) working conditions he offers his employees. Von Clutch loves cars (sometimes to a weird degree) and he deeply admires Crash Bandicoot and Neo Cortex - he even has all their games.

Due to being a cyborg, Von Clutch has an artificial life support called a Black Heart Power Gem. He can only function temporarily without it.
