Wumpa Island's very own public school for evil children. Dr. Neo Cortex can be heard doing announcements through the school's loudspeakers, though it's unclear what his exact role in the school is. His niece, Nina, became a student here after betraying Cortex, much to her chagrin (she would infinitely prefer to continue studying at Madame Amberly's private Academy of Evil, where she was much more popular).
