Terra is an identical copy of Earth and one of the domains Emperor Velo held hostage. The planet's racing champion, Krunk, raced for Velo to prevent his world from being destroyed. Velo's forceful ownership is made clear through an ever present carving in the likeness of his face on Terra's moon.
