There used to be caves with bats coming out of them in N. Sanity Island. It is believed that they were located behind the scene where Cortex gets hit by a log.

The 10th Dimension used to look a lot different from the final version, even featuring a less gloomy sky with clouds. All of the objects looked different, including the trees and Evil Crash's house. The picture on the right is a model view published by its creator, Ludovic Rubin.
